Gyalsey Cup, SGSA Open Football Tournament, Gelephu 2017
Gyalsey Cup, the second season of SGSA Open Football Tournament, in Gelephu has successfully ended. Twenty teams participated in the tournament from different district of Bhutan, like places from Wangdue Phodrang, Zhemgang, Sarpang and also teams from the neighboring country India took part in the tournament. There were three teams (HB Club, YB Young Blood and F2 Guys) from Assam, India.

GPL Super League Second Season
On the ongoing of Gelephu Premier
League (GPL) Super League Tournament, The second round of the league has
started. There are 5 team’s (BHSL, BPC, CRRH, Residue, Sherig) participating in
the tournament. The tournament was started from 28th of November and
will end on 27th of December 2015. BHSL is the new team registered
in GPL Super League.
Starting from this season the GPL
Super League has started with GPL Cup. The first GPL Cup match was played this

China Vs Bhutan on November 12, 2015
A local head coach will lead the Bhutanese squad on November 12 for the game against China at the He Long Stadium in Changsha, Hunan province.
Although Bhutan Football Federation (BFF) has not decided on who should be leading the team, both Chokey Nima and Pema are on the top of the list for the role of the head coach.
